The customer service was super friendly and accommodating. I had forgotten to set my parking disc. Even though it was my mistake … More the fee was waived. I spoke to a very friendly and knowledgeable woman on the phone after I explained what had happened. I was shopping and had forgotten to set the parking disc, so the fee was canceled. In the future, I will make sure to always set my parking disc. It’s definitely not a given to be able to reach companies by phone so quickly and without being put on hold. Since my issue was also handled so positively, I would like to once again sincerely thank the lady who handled it.
