Customer Service Representative (m/f/d) – Erlangen
As a customer service representative at our headquarters in Erlangen, you will be the first point of contact for our parking lot users. You will assist with questions about our parking systems and handle complaints and suggestions for improvement. Our young and dedicated team values initiative and creativity.

Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in business or equivalent training
- Alternatively: extensive experience in telephone/customer service
- Enjoy communicating and interacting with customers
- A friendly demeanor and a strong commitment to customer service
- Confident use of common MS Office products
- Ability to work independently, strong team spirit, and flexibility
- Ideally, you live in the Erlangen/Nuremberg area
- Very good written and spoken German skills
Your responsibilities
- Receiving and handling calls and emails from parking lot users
- Active, solution-oriented communication and handling of customer concerns
- Support with customer service and back office activities
- Complaint management by phone and email
